Privacy Policy

As a specialist dyslexia assessor, I take data protection and privacy very seriously. In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), I would like to outline my data processing practices: 


  1. Data Collection: I will collect personal information from clients in order to provide an accurate and effective dyslexia assessment. This information may include name, contact information, educational history, and other relevant information.

  2. Data Processing: I will process this information with utmost confidentiality and care and will only use it for the purposes for which it was collected. This may include sharing the results with the client and relevant educational or medical professionals, with the client's consent. 

  3. Data Retention: I will keep all data for a minimum period of 7 years, as required by the British Psychological Society, after which it will be securely destroyed. 

  4. Data Security: I take all reasonable measures to ensure that client data is protected from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. I use secure electronic data storage and only keep paper records when necessary. I also regularly review my data protection practices and update them as necessary. 

  5. Client Rights: Clients have the right to access their personal information, to request its correction, and to request its deletion. Clients also have the right to withdraw their consent for data processing at any time.
